We want to provide you with the best experience. And for that, we believe that everything must be clear and transparent between us to make sure we can work in the best conditions and you can get everything you wished for.
When you make a booking with Dayin you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. These conditions in conjunction with the information set out on our website form the entire agreement between yourself and Dayin.
DayIn reserves the right to change these terms & conditions without notice.
DayIn offers you the opportunity to purchase tourism-related products and services without registration. Each product and service includes the following features, which you automatically agree to upon purchase:
– booking the tour/trip, part of it or a specific experience, in the cities in which we are present;
– assistance from DayIn staff, to the best of their abilities, for the duration of the service;
– opportunity to notify you about new or alternative products and services similar to what you are buying.
Products offered by Dayin are valid as per the dates and times displayed at bookadayin.com.
Dayin is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
Dayin reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour that you have booked at bookadayin.com, at any time, for any reason.
All date and time calculations are to be made in the time-zone of the city in question. e.g. If the tour is meant to take place in Paris, Central European Time (CET).
Dayin reserves the right to change the start time, date, meeting point of any tour or service you book through Dayin or any affiliate companies. Changes like these happen in response to changes in the tourism landscape.
Communication of said change will take the form of both an email and phone call or text message to the contact information provided upon booking.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and generally will not be subject to surcharges. The only exception to this will be an increase in our costs arising as a result of any government action or ticket price increase without warning.
Museum tickets/admissions are also subject to change without notice due to the addition and removal of exhibitions by the museums. We only state this to reserve the right but have never had to enforce it.
Our tours and experiences are able to be viewed in multiple currencies, but payment takes place in Euro (€).
Promo codes and special “offers” are subject to the terms of each offer. This means that the details of the offer described in each place of advertisement. In addition :
- You cannot use two promo codes at once in any situation.
- Promo codes are valid only for their advertised discount. If an additional amount is discounted due to technical issues with our website or human error, Dayin has the right to request additional payment to cover the difference. If the client refuses to cover the difference, Dayin will amicably cancel the tour.
- Promo codes are usable only for the persons that they are offered to if received via email unless explicitly written otherwise.
- Promo codes are not a “right” nor an “entitlement”. They are usable only as described and are not applicable to past purchases.
All requests for booking modifications/amendments must be directed to the Dayin team via email at contact@bookadayin.com, telephone or via our webform.
If you request a date/time change Dayin will attempt to honor your request. However Dayin cannot guarantee date/time change requests as all requests and amendments are subject to availability. For change requests made within the 24h before the tour, Dayin will make reasonable attempts to accommodate, but will charge fees associated with but not limited to the ticket cost and personnel cost to acquire/change tickets.
Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may vary by tour, situation, or case. Fees are not limited to, but could include the ticket cost for tours that require the purchase of a ticket in advance. All cancellations should be submitted via email at contact@bookadayin.com. No refund will be given for cancelations made within 24 hours of a tour. No refund for a tour is available once the tour has commenced.
If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation or nonrefundable costs, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
Cancellation due to Force Majeure or reasons beyond our control will result in a refund. This will be decided at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.
On a less frequent basis, tours can be subject to a date change. If the change is unacceptable to the user and no alternatives are possible, Dayin will offer a refund at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.
Dayin has done all adequate research and planning to be sure its clients are able to do all of the tours scheduled on Dayin website, but we cannot be responsible for strikes within the country or city of the tour. If there is a museum or archeological site closure due to strike, Dayin cannot take responsibility as there is no way to know in advance. We will try our best to reschedule any affected tours, but successful rescheduling to meet client needs cannot be guaranteed. Most museums reserve the right to close at an instance notice for any reason they deem necessary. Dayin cannot be responsible for choices made by archeological site, museums or church management.
In compliance with french laws, Dayin is insured for all its tours in case of any occurring incident. However, Dayin advises all clients to purchase travel insurance in every circumstance possible.
Dayin is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage that occurs during the use of its services i.e. robbery, car crash, illness, acts of terrorism, etc.
Dayin cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items during tours. Dayin partners with the best transport providers, attentive guides, and service providers, but it is the responsibility of each participant to keep a watchful eye on their personal effects. Dayin always recommends that travellers have adequate insurance to cover these issues.
Any minor child under the age of majority who participates in a Dayin Tour must be accompanied by an adult and supervised by an adult during the entire length of the city tour/vacation package/service. Dayin, or any person employed by Dayin, cannot take responsibility for minor children during the length of a tour.
It is highly recommended that persons needing special assistance book a Dayin private tour with a companion that is physically able and completely responsible for providing assistance. Although Dayin will do as much as possible to accommodate those with disabilities, Dayin cannot be responsible for personal assistance and, in order to ensure you get the most out of your experience, it is suggested that you book a private tour to give you flexibility with times and to ensure the best tour route is planned in advance to meet your needs.

We use the information in our possession in the manner described below to provide the services of Dayin. That’s how:
- we use your information to inform you about our initiatives;
- we use your data to book the trip and the experiences you requested at the time of booking;
- we use your data to contact and provide you the assistance necessary to allow you the best experience without problems the trips purchased with us;
- we use your data to keep you updated, once the trip is over, on new proposals that may interest you.
In order to validate your booking for the paid service we offer, you agree that we may use payment service providers who may collect your personal data for the purpose of enabling the proper operation of credit card payment processing services.
To pay for your purchase, you will be required to provide your billing details as well as your payment details, i.e.:
- your payment card number,
- the name of the cardholder,
- the validity date
- and security codes.
You may also be asked to provide the name of your telecoms operator, the model of your mobile phone and a valid mobile phone number in order to be able to provide purchase instructions directly through your mobile phone.
We keep details of your payments, as well as details of the purchases you make. Transaction details are held by DayIn or the service provider. This retention is for internal purposes including accounting, compliance and legal purposes in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not (and will never) sell your informations to anyone.
The data provided and their use are processed solely by Dayin and our internal departments for marketing, accounting, human resources, communication, sales, customer service and quality service purposes.
They can also be shared with our partners to offer you the best of our expertise and services. They process your Personal Data solely on behalf of the company and according to the company's instructions.
